Hi, I'm Chhavi. Ex-product manager and MBA student at MIT Sloan. Before school, I spent four years at Microsoft working on Bing Travel, where I discovered how much I enjoy building products that simplify decisions and create clarity in moments that often feel overwhelming.

I'm especially drawn to search, intuitive design, and the kind of technology that quietly removes friction from everyday life. I love working at the intersection of design, data, and strategy; the space where a small insight can unlock a much better experience.
